The Cibeles Sport Agency is a FIFA licensed football agency founded by Michael Ikiara and Michael Kiprono, two advocates with a passion for football and single operating principle: representation is responsibility. We work with players from academy level through to the professional game, handling contracts, transfers, and cross-border moves with the legal and regulatory rigour that players’ careers demand.

Based in Nairobi with operations in Europe, we exist because the gap between raw talent and a sustainable professional career is not bridged by talent alone, it requires structured guidance alongside transparent dealings in both the football ecosystem and the law that governs it.
